With the gradual improvement of the school-running level, the number of students in our school is increasing, the scale of the school is gradually expanding, and the existing teachers can no longer meet the needs of school development. To this end, in early July, the school decided to openly recruit cultural teachers in elementary, junior, and high school languages, mathematics, and foreign languages. After the recruitment announcement was issued, the candidates were in constant stream. There are three main characteristics of the applicants. One is a high degree of education, and more than 90% of them have a bachelor's degree. Many of them graduated from famous universities such as Shandong Normal University and Qufu Normal University. Second, it is young. Most of them are under the age of 30, and they are young and energetic. Third, there is no shortage of teaching backbone. Some have taught in other key schools in our county for many years and have rich teaching experience. In order to ensure the quality of recruitment, from the issue to the review, all the teachers of the foreign school are responsible, and the majority of the interview judges are the teachers of the foreign school. This recruitment is of great significance for further strengthening the construction of our school's teaching staff and improving the level of education and teaching.
